"APARELHO DISPENSADOR". O qual compreende um bico e um batoque; o bico inclui um membro tubular; o membro tubular inclui uma primeira extremidade, uma segunda extremidade, uma superfície interna e uma abertura estendendo-se transversalmente através do membro tubular entre as primeira e segunda extremidades do mesmo; o membro tubular define uma cavidade capaz de receber um material fluido; o batoque é afixado na superfície interna do membro tubular; o batoque inclui uma parede periférica, uma parede transversa e uma alça; a parede periférica inclui uma superfície externa que pode ser posicionada sobre a abertura; a parede transversa é acoplada à parede transversa; as paredes periférica e transversa cooperam para vedar de forma substancial a primeira extremidade do membro tubular e a abertura da cavidade do membro tubular; a alça está associada à parede periférica ou à parede transversa; a alça é capaz de deformar elasticamente a superfície externa da parede periférica para, por sua vez, colocar a abertura em contato fluido com a cavidade, enquanto mantém urna vedação substancial da primeira extremidade do membro tubular.
