Abstract

"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO E CONTROLE DAS PROPRIEDADES DA COMPOSIçãO POLIMéRICA". Métodos de controle do índice de fluxo e/ou separação do peso molecular de uma composição polimérica são apresentados. Método de produzir uma composição polimérica em uma forma de realização compreende a incorporação de polímero de peso molecular elevado em um polímero de peso molecular baixo para formar a composição polimérica em um reator de polimerização único na presença de monómeros polimerizáveis, uma composição catalisadora bimetálica e pelo menos um agente de controle; em que o agente de controle é adicionado em uma quantidade suficiente para controlar o nível de incorporação do polímero de peso molecular elevado, o nível de polímero de peso molecular baixo, ou ambos. Exemplos de agentes de controle incluem álcoois, éteres, aminas e oxigênio.
