Abstract

"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA E ANEL DE INSTALAçãO DE REVESTIMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um motor de combustão interna possui: um bloco de cilindros que possui um ou mais cilindros; um revestimento ou camisa de cilindro de forma tubular disposto dentro do cilindro; um pistão com movimento alternativo dentro do revestimento de cilindro e que possui uma porção de topo formado de uma periferia externa do pistão entre uma cabeça do pistão e uma ranhura anular extrema superior; e um anel de instalação de revestimento que forma, dentro do cilindro, uma parte de degrau circular que se sobressai em direção à periferia interna do revestimento de cilindro. O anel de instalação de revestimento está disposto no bloco de cilindros ou no revestimento de cilindro de modo que a face de fundo do anel de instalação de revestimento fique voltada para a parte extrema superior do revestimento de cilindro. O anel de instalação de revestimento está disposto em uma posição de acordo com a posição extrema superior da porção de topo quando o pistão atinge um ponto morto superior. O anel de instalação de revestimento está colocado de modo a sobressair a partir da periferia interna do revestimento de cilindro, em uma direção para dentro, de uma extensão de 0,05 mm ou mais a 0,5 mm ou menos.
