Abstract
"PROCESSOS E COMPOSIçõES PARA ALTERAçãO DE FENóTIPOS DE SEMENTES". São divulgados vegetais que expressam um DNA da citosina metiltransferase e que podem ser usados para conferir um fenótipo alterado à semente, por exemplo, um aumento no peso da semente. Também são divulgados vegetais em que é inibida a expressão de um DNA endógeno da citosina metiltransferase e que exibem um fenótipo alterado de semente, por exemplo, um aumento no peso da semente. Também são divulgados ácidos nuclêicos e polipeptídeos adequados para conferir tais fenótipos.
