Abstract

"PROCESSO ELETROLìTICO PARA FOSFATAçãO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS E CAMADA METáLICA FOSFATADA COM O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fosfatação de camadas metálicas por depósito eletrolítico de soluções aquosas, ácidas, que contêm pelo menos íons de zinco e íons de fosfato, sob uso simultâneo de corrente contínua. Simultaneamente com o depósito da camada de fosfatação, ocorre um depósito eletrolítico de zinco no mesmo eletrólito. A densidade de corrente, nesse caso, está situada na faixa de <242> A/dm¬ 2¬.
