Abstract

"APARELHO PARA TINGIR FIBRAS OU FILAMENTOS, MéTODO PARA TINGIR FIBRAS E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR FIOS". Prevê um método e um aparelho para tingir algodão no estágio fibra e um método para preparar o fio; a presente invenção apresenta um aparelho para tingir fibras e filamentos compreendendo uma pluralidade de gamelas pré-umedecidas, uma pluralidade de banhos de corante e um dispositivo de secagem formado por ter um sistema de suporte para carregar e tingir a fibra continuamente e de maneira homogênea; as fibras ou filamentos para tingimento incluem algodão e outras fibras naturais, artificiais e sintéticas assim como filamentos e uma combinação destes; a fibra para tingimento, de acordo com a presente invenção, é fibra de algodão; um método para tingir, de acordo com a presente invenção, compreende as etapas de carregar a fibra de algodão pelo sistema de suporte, pré-umedecer a fibra de algodão junto com o sistema de suporte; tingir a fibra de algodão junto com o sistema de suporte e secar a fibra de algodão onde a fibra de algodão é tingida de maneira contínua e homogênea; o corante usado para tingir é o corante índigo.
