Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR RECIPIENTES PLáSTICOS ELETROSTATICAMENTE NãO CARREGáVEIS E/OU DE DRENAGEM DE CARGA ELéTRICA E UM RECIPIENTE PLáSTICO PRODUZIDO DE ACORDO COM O MéTODO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir recipientes de múltiplas camadas de um material termoplástico (10), os ditos recipientes sendo utilizados para armazenar e transportar enchimentos líquidos, especialmente combustíveis ou enchimentos explosivos, e um recipiente plástico produzido utilizando o dito método. Os recipientes da invenção estão providos com uma fina camada externa permanentemente eletrostaticamente não carregável ou de drenagem de carga elétrica. De acordo com a invenção, as propriedades permanentemente eletrostaticamente não carregáveis ou de drenagem de carga elétrica da camada externa são criadas pela adição de uma quantidade definida de um composto específico baseado em um polímero ao material plástico de base da camada externa e incorporando o mesmo no material plástico, e a camada externa é fina de modo que a transparência ou a translucidez da camada externa composta é ou não afetada ou somente ligeiramente afetada, de modo que o nível de enchimento de um líquido vazado para dentro do recipiente permanece oticamente identificável sem tomar nenhuma outra medida.
