Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO TRANSDéRMICA". Sistema e método para distribuição transdérmica de um agente biologicamente ativo compreendendo um ou mais eletrodos tendo projeções que perfuram o stratum corneum e um circuito que distribui um sinal elétrico aos eletrodos para eletroporar uma membrana celular. De preferência, o sistema é configurado para gerar campos elétricos homogêneos e, mais preferivelmente, para gerar campos elétricos esférica ou semi-esfericamente simétricos. Os métodos da invenção incluem aplicação de um primeiro sinal elétrico para facilitar o transporte transdérmico do agente e aplicação de um segundo sinal elétrico para facilitar o transporte intracelular do agente.
