Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL NãO TECIDO". A presente invenção se refere a um método de produzir um material não tecido, compreendendo a formação de uma manta de filamentos contínuos sobre um membro de formação (12) e aplicação sobre os filamentos contínuos de uma dispersão de fibras, formada por via úmida ou por espuma, contendo fibras naturais e/ou fibras sintéticas curtas. Desta maneira, forma-se uma manta fibrosa que contém filamentos contínuos e fibras naturais e/ou fibras curtas sintéticas, e subsequentemente a manta é hidroentrelaçada de maneira a formar um material não tecido. Aplica-se umidade à manta de filamentos contínuos à baixa pressão antes de depositar a dispersão de fibras formada por via úmida ou por espuma sobre a manta de filamentos contínuos, evitando assim qualquer ligação substancial entre os filamentos da manta.
