Abstract

"USO DE TIENOPIRIMIDINAS". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (I) na qual R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬, R¬ 3¬, R¬ 4¬, X e n possuem os significados indicados na reivindicação (1), são inibidores de tirosina cinases, em particular TIE-2, e Raf cinases e podem ser usados, entre outros, para o tratamento de tumores.
