Abstract

"PROCESSO DE INJEçãO DE ARTEFATOS DE METAL E EQUIPAMENTO CORRESPONDENTE". Refere-se a presente patente de invenção a processo e equipamento (50) para injetar um artefato pela formação de uma carga de metal fundido, carregar um molde com a carga para preenchê-la o suficiente para formar um único artefato, a carga solidificando no molde. O tamanho da carga é selecionado para corresponder à capacidade do molde de modo que o carregamento do molde consome substancialmente toda a carga. O equipamento (50) tem um recipiente (12) no qual uma carga de metal fundida é mantida e um molde (54) para dentro do qual a carga é transferida. O recipiente e o molde tem capacidades correspondentes de modo que o preenchimento do molde com metal suficiente para formar um único artefato consome substancialmente toda a carga e deixa o recipiente vazio.
