Abstract

"CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA PLáSTICA MODULAR COM RESISTêNCIA DE FEIXE ELEVADA". Uma correia transportadora plástica modular (10) possuindo um feixe central (32) ao longo de cada fileira de correia. o feixe se estende lateralmente através da largura de uma fileira de correia e inclui uma porção linear (36) em uma região mediana da correia e uma região sinuosa próxima a ambas bordas laterais da correia. Na região linear, o feixe inclui uma porção (38) de espessura constante com porções delgadas de forma linear (39) na direção das bordas laterais da correia. Deste modo, as porções mais espessas do feixe no meio da correia fornecem resistência de feixe para permitir menos apoio freqüente sob a correia e as porções mais finas sinuosas nas bordas da correia dão à mesma a flexibilidade e mobilidade para se contraírem no interior de uma curva.
