Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA TRANSPORTE E CORTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um novo sistema de processamento de alimento para dividir um fluxo dos itens de alimento em uma pluralidade de correntes, transportando de maneira suave e rápida os itens alimentícios ao longo de uma calha de fluido impulsionado por ejetores para vários cortadores, cortar transversalmente os itens alimentícios em uma taxa controlada para maximizar o rendimento, lavar as fatias, transportar as fatias e distribuir de maneira controlável as fatias sobre um transportador para processamento adicional. De acordo com uma modalidade da presente invenção, o sistema de processamento de alimento compreende um separador de produto muito grande, um cortador segmentado, um transportador de espalhamento/fluxo de massa, um estágio desviador, um estágio ejetor, um estágio de desidratação, um estágio de remoção de amido, um transportador de entrada de alimentação do cortador, pelo menos um cortador transversal e um espalhador de fatias. Em uma modalidade preferida, as perdas do corte são diminuídas minimizando as velocidades do corte.
