Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA MODIFICAR AMIDO OU DERIVADOS DE AMIDO E PARA PREPARAR AMIDO ALTAMENTE SOLúVEL, E, USO DE UM REATOR". Um método para modificar amido ou derivados de amido, compreendendo: introduzir um fluxo contínuo de substrato de amido, gás e, opcionalmente, um ou mais reagentes, em um reator, em que o substrato de amido tenha um teor de umidade entre 0 e 45% em peso, um tempo de residência no reator entre 1 e 60 minutos, e seja aquecido entre 50 e 220<198>C, caracterizado em que o substrato de amido e o gás sejam introduzidos no reator em direções opostas e em que o reator tenha um corpo tubular compreendendo um eixo rotativo sobre o qual seja disposta uma ou uma pluralidade de lâminas.
