Abstract

"COLCHãO DE MOLAS COM BASE EM MATERIAL DO TIPO ESPUMA". Onde a invenção refere-se a um colchão de molas baseado em material esponjoso; o colchão da invenção compreendendo numerosas molas elásticas, as quais são distribuídas espacialmente de acordo com um padrão pré-determinado, com configurações amplamente variáveis, e, as quais, são formadas por meio de operações consistidas em cortar e remover partes de uma folha inicial de espessura adequada, de material do tipo espuma; deste modo, os elementos tipo mola são providos com recessos em um ou mais de um de seus lados, ditos recessos tendo tamanhos e profundidades variáveis, e projeções em um ou mais de um dos próprios lados, ditas projeções tendo espessuras e comprimentos de projeção variáveis; as extremidades inferiores das molas que formam o colchão formando uma parte integrada de uma porção laminar contínua restante da folha original; e, em uma configuração alternativa da invenção, as extremidades opostas (superiores), de ditas molas, podem ser conectadas a uma folha laminar contínua por meio de colagem, ou meio assemelhado.
