Abstract

"SISTEMA E ARRANJO PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPONENTE DE SUBSTITUIçãO DENTáRIA, E TAL COMPONENTE". Um sistema para a produção de uma coroa dentária (23, 24) inclui o equipamento de identificação (2), equipamento de moldagem (9), equipamento de ordenamento (6), e um arranjo automatizado da produção (16). O último, em função de um ou mais primeiros itens de informação, é arranjado para efetuar a produção, por meio de pressão ou de pressão de moldagem, de uma coroa dentária integrada que seja composta de duas camadas. A primeira camada compreende ou consiste no material da porcelana, e a segunda camada consiste no óxido de alumínio, no óxido de zircónio, etc. A segunda camada dá forma a uma capa, através de que a coroa dentária pode ser aplicada a um pedaço do dente (28) de um paciente (1). A invenção se refere também a um componente de substituição dentária que consiste na coroa dentária. Refere-se também a um arranjo usado para um estágio preliminar na produção de uma coroa dentária, cujo arranjo é caracterizado por uma unidade em forma de cilindro (puck) que é feita do material de porcelana e que pode ser pressionada contra a capa sob vácuo e em alta pressão a fim de formar à primeira camada. A invenção permite a produção acelerada e eficiente de coroas dentárias individuais.
