Abstract

"INSTRUMENTO CIRúRGICO E MéTODO APERFEIçOADOS PARA O TRATAMENTO DE INCONTINêNCIA URINáRIA". Uma montagem cirúrgica inclui um passador cirúrgico possuindo uma parte de arame acoplada com um punho. A parte de arame possuindo uma extremidade distal livre, uma periferia externa e pelo menos uma reentrância na mesma em uma região de extremidade distal. A montagem adicionalmente inclui um elemento de tubo possuindo uma extremidade próxima, uma extremidade distal de penetração no tecido e um canal estendendo-se na mesma a partir de uma abertura na extremidade próxima e definido por uma periferia interna. O canal possui pelo menos uma projeção projetando-se para o exterior para dentro do canal em uma região de extremidade distal do mesmo. A periferia externa do passador cirúrgico é dimensionada em relação à periferia interna do canal do elemento de tubo de modo que o passador cirúrgico pode ser posicionado dentro do elemento de tubo e quando desse modo posicionado, a pelo menos uma projeção do elemento de tubo engata com a pelo menos uma reentrância do passador cirúrgico para de forma que possam ser removidas acoplem o passador cirúrgico com o elemento de tubo.
