Abstract

"EXCIPIENTES EM VEìCULOS DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE FáRMACOS". A presente invenção fornece composições de gel injetáveis para depósito e kits que fornecem um excipiente para modular uma taxa de liberação e estabilizar os agente benéficos. São fornecidos também métodos para administrar e preparar tais sistemas. As composições do gel compreendem polímeros biodegradáveis, bioerodíveis, e solventes imiscíveis em água, em quantidades eficazes para plastificar os polímeros e formar géis com os polímeros. Os excipientes apropriados incluem modificadores de pH, agentes redutores e antioxidantes.
