Abstract
"CILINDRO DE AJUSTE EM ARMAçõES DE LAMINADOR, PARTICULARMENTE EM ARMAçõES DE FORJAMENTO VERTICAIS". A invenção refere-se a um cilindro de ajuste para o rápido ajuste de cilindros em armações de laminador, entre outros em armações de forjamento verticais, abrangendo pelo menos um pistão respectivo, que atua em ambos os lados do cilindro de trabalho para ajustar o último, por meio de peças de montagem de suporte de pelo menos um rolo de trabalho ou de um rolo de suporte intercalado. O cilindro de ajuste da invenção foi aperfeiçoado através do fornecimento de um pistão (KO), que é equipado com duas hastes de pistão (ST1, ST2) apontando em direções opostas, e o pistão ou pistões (KO) estão inseridos em um entalhe respectivo no fundo do cilindro (Z3) ou tampa do cilindro (ZD), o fundo e a tampa compreendendo perfurações coaxiais para passagem das hastes do pistão (ST1, ST2).
