Abstract

"COLAR DE APERTO". O presente pedido de patente de invenção se refere a um colar de aperto (10) que compreende uma cinta (12) com duas orelhas retificadas (14, 16), e um conjunto parafuso/porca suscetível de ser aparafusado para aproximar as duas orelhas (14, 16), uma a outra e apertar o dito colar (10) e de ser desaparafusado para permitir o afrouxamento deste colar (10). Este colar pode ser afrouxado rapidamente e simplesmente graças ao fato de que compreende os primeiros meios de bloqueio (20, 21) para limitar um deslocamento relativo entre a haste (22) do parafuso e a primeira (14) das duas orelhas durante o desaparafusamento do conjunto parafuso/porca, e os dois meios de bloqueio (28) para limitar um deslocamento relativo entre a porca (24) e a segunda orelha (16) durante este desaparafusamento. Assim, é possível afrouxar o dito colar (10) e abrir sua cinta (12) desaparafusando o conjunto parafuso/porca. Este tipo de colar (10) é utilizado para assegurar a impermeabilidade entre um tubo e uma ponteira, particularmente na indústria automotiva tal como para os sistemas de gás de exaustão.
