Abstract
PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE RECUPERAÇçO E DESPEJO DE METAIS/MINERAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento de recuperação e despejo de metais/minerais, compreendendo um estágio de separação principal, em que o minério transportando metal/mineral é feito em pasta fluidificada e separado em uma fração enriquecida e uma fração aquosa para despejo do metal/mineral, e um estágio de sedimentação do despejo, em que a fração de despejo aquosa de metal/mineral é sedimentada em uma ou mais lagoas de sedimentação para dar uma camada de sedimento espessada e sobrenadante; e o estágio de sedimentação de despejo compreende introduzir o despejo aquoso de metal/mineral em um Vaso de Contato de Sólidos, ou outra câmara de floculação, onde o despejo de metal/mineral aquoso é diluído com água contendo um ou mais floculantes, em mais que uma concentração, uma de tais concentrações sendo pelo menos 10 vezes maior do que a outra, dentro do SCV, floculando o despejo aquoso diluído, e sedimentando o despejo aquoso floculado e diluído para dar uma camada de sobrenadante líquida e uma camada de sedimento espessado bombeável em um reservatório de sedimentação.
