Abstract

"Pó DE FERRO, USO DO MESMO, MATERIAL FORTIFICADO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O REFERIDO Pó". A presente invenção refere-se a um pó de ferro para fortificar produtos alimentícios. O pó consiste em um pó de ferro reduzido que tem partículas com formato irregular, onde o pó de ferro tem uma razão AD:PD menor do que 0,3, onde AD é a densidade aparente em g/CM¬ 3¬, e PD é a densidade das partículas em g/CM¬ 3¬. A área superficial específica das partículas do pó é acima de 300 M¬ 2¬/kg, medida pelo método BET, e o tamanho médio das partículas é entre 5 e 45 <109>m.
