Abstract
"MéTODO DE ABRIR UMA BOLSA NA EXTREMIDADE DE UM TUBO E APARELHO PARA REALIZAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um acoplamento sobre um tubo (1), de preferência constituído de cobre ou aço, ou de ligas de Cu, Ni, Fe, por uma expansão de preferência graduada ou em um único estágio da extremidade do tubo para criar uma diferença maior em diâmetro, uma ferramenta de expansão (2) sendo introduzida axialmente no interior da extremidade do tubo. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que quando e/ou uma vez que a ferramenta de expansão (2) tenha sido introduzida no interior da extremidade do tubo à região da extremidade do tubo que deve ser ou que foi expandida é completamente ou parcialmente comprimida por uma força atuando axialmente sobre a dita extremidade de tubo,com isto o diâmetro externo da extremidade do tubo que deve ser processada é delimitada por uma ou mais sapatas de perfilar (3) que circundam por completo ou parcialmente a extremidade do tubo. A invenção refere-se também a um aparelho para produzir um acoplamento sobre uma extremidade de tubo de acordo com o dito método.
