Abstract
"MéTODO DE MODELAGEM A FRIO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE MUNHõES DE CABEçA ESFéRICA". A presente invenção refere-se um método de modelagem a frio para a fabricação de munhões de cabeça esférica com um segmento esférico, um segmento cónico e um segmento roscado para ser montado em articulações esféricas, onde em primeiro lugar é fabricado, a partir de um material de semi-acabados em barra, um munhão de cabeça esférica em bruto (1) com um segmento cónico (3) formado e segmentos cilíndricos para rosca (2) e esfera (5). Ao processo de extrusão segue, como outra etapa de produção, a moldagem do segmento esférico por meio de um processo de laminação. Ao mesmo tempo, o segmento roscado pode ser moldado na sua forma definitiva. Assim, a produção do munhão de cabeça esférica na sua totalidade é executada somente por meio de moldagem a frio e possibilita, em comparação com os processos conhecidos do estado da técnica, um aumento significativo da produção de unidades por unidade de tempo. Ao mesmo tempo podem ser utilizados tipos de aço mais económicos, já que em virtude da moldagem a frio pode ser garantida uma resistência à fadiga suficiente do munhão de cabeça esférica.
