Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE CARGA, EM PARTICULAR, PREAQUECEDOR DE MATERIAL DE CARGA". A presente invenção refere-se às superfícies laterais do distribuidor (13) que são executadas convergindo do lado superior para o lado inferior, e ao dispositivo de acionamento (2) do distribuidor (13) que está apoiado, podendo girar, em torno de um eixo horizontal, em uma construção em moldura (3), possibilitando, sem interferência, um carregamento de sucata com composição diversa, como por exemplo, sucata leve e sucata pesada, de uma abertura de saída inferior de um dispositivo de carga (1) em forma de poço por meio de um distribuidor (13) para um recipiente de fusão. Além disso, o limite superior da abertura de saída para o material de carga do poço (2) é formado através de um cilindro (26) horizontal, apoiado, podendo girar, de preferência, com elementos de arrasto (30) distribuídos na superfície da circunferência. As seções do dispositivo de carga muito solicitadas mecanicamente são formadas pelas seções de bastão de aço ligadas para formar uma unidade de construção. De preferência, o dispositivo de carga é executado como preaquecedor de material de carga.
