Abstract

"FRESA ROTATIVA PARA RANHURA". é divulgada uma fresa rotativa para ranhura (20) que tem uma pluralidade de porções de corte (30), cada porção de corte (30) compreendendo uma cavidade para inserto (42) e um inserto de corte (38) montado nele de forma removível. O inserto de corte (38) compreende uma face superior (52) e uma face inferior (54) que compreende dois encontros espaçados separados (92) com um forro (100) formado entre eles. A cavidade para inserto (42) tem uma base de cavidade colocada geralmente de forma axial (108) que compreende duas superfície suporte (110, 110<39>) de uma nervura que se estende radialmente e colocada entre elas, a nervura (112) compreendendo um teto (116) e duas barreiras (114). Quando o inserto de corte (38) é montado na cavidade para inserto (42) as plataformas de encontro (96) encontram as superfícies suporte (110, 110<39>) e um espaço (118) existe entre o teto (116) da nervura (112) e o forro (100), e entre cada inclinação lateral (102) e barreiras adjacentes (114).
