Abstract
"INALADOR DE Pó SECO DE DOSE PREVIAMENTE MEDIDA PARA MEDICAMENTOS SENSìVEIS à UMIDADE". A presente invenção é dirigida para um inalador de pó seco previamente medido, provido com uma dose de pó seco de tiotrópio e excipiente(s), introduzida dentro de um recipiente que compreende um lacre seco, de característica de alto grau de barreira, que evita a entrada de umidade, de modo que a estrutura de partículas finas da dose de pó é preservada. A dose de pó seco foi produzida através de métodos de produção volumétrica de dose ou de produção de dose por meio de campo elétrico. A invenção é também dirigida a uma dose de pó seco de tiotrópio introduzida em um recipiente conforme descrito acima. O inalador de pó seco e a dose de pó seco, de acordo com a invenção, são idealizados para uso no tratamento de asma e outros distúrbios respiratórios.
