Abstract
"áCIDO NUCLEICO, FRAGMENTO E MOLéCULA DE DNA, VEìCULO RECOMBINANTE VIVO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROTEìNA DE LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS, VACINA PARA COMBATER AS INFECçõES COM LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS, MéTODO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA VACINA, E, TESTES DE DIAGNóSTICO PARA A DETECçãO DE ANTICORPOS CONTRA LAWSONIA INTRACELULARIS E MATERIAL ANTIGêNICO DE LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS". A presente invenção i.a. diz respeito aos ácidos nucleicos que codificam novas proteínas de Lawsonia intracellularis. Além disso ela diz respeito aos fragmentos de DNA, moléculas de DNA recombinante e veículos recombinantes vivos compreendendo estas seqüências. Ela também diz respeito às células hospedeiras compreendendo tais ácidos nucleicos, fragmentos de DNA, moléculas de DNA recombinante e veículos recombinantes vivos. Além disso, a invenção diz respeito às proteínas codificadas por estas seqüências de nucleotídeo e ao seu uso para a fabricação de vacinas. A invenção também diz respeito às vacinas para combater as infecções com Lawsonia intracellularis e aos métodos para a preparação destas. Finalmente a invenção diz respeito aos testes de diagnóstico para a detecção de antígenos de Lawsonia intracellularis e de anticorpos contra Lawsonia intracellularis."NUCLEIC ACID, DNA FRAGMENT AND MOLLECLE, LIVING RECOMBINANT VEHICLE, HOST CELL, INTRACELLULARIS LAWSONIA PROTEIN, VACCINES TO COMBAT INFECTIONS WITH LAWSONIA FOR PREPARATION OF TÉCULARIS, MECULAR DETECTION, LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS AND ANTIGENIC MATERIAL OF LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS ". The present invention i.a. relates to nucleic acids encoding new Lawsonia intracellularis proteins. In addition it relates to living DNA fragments, recombinant DNA molecules and recombinant vehicles comprising these sequences. It also relates to host cells comprising such nucleic acids, DNA fragments, recombinant DNA molecules and living recombinant vehicles. Furthermore, the invention relates to proteins encoded by these nucleotide sequences and their use for vaccine manufacture. The invention also relates to vaccines for combating Lawsonia intracellularis infections and methods for preparing them. Finally the invention relates to diagnostic tests for the detection of Lawsonia intracellularis antigens and antibodies against Lawsonia intracellularis.
