Abstract

REVESTIMENTO ANTI-BIO-INCRUSTçãO MARINHA, MéTODO DE APLICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO ANTI-BIO-INCRUSTAçãO MARINHA, E, APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO ANTI-BIO-INCRUSTAçãO MARINHA Um revestimento anti-bio-incrustação marinha (10), para aplicação sobre a superfície de um artigo marinho (12). O revestimento (10) compreende um adesivo de base (14) de resina de epóxi, auto-nivelador, de auto-cura, um adesivo ligante (16) de resina de epóxi modificado por adesivo, e liga de cobre-níquel granulada (18). Quando um artigo marinho revestido (12) é imerso em água, uma reação química ocorre entre a água e a liga de cobre-níquel (18), que faz com que se forme um filme de um óxido de metal complexo (20) sobre a superfície exterior da camada de grânulos de liga de cobre-níquel (18). O filme de óxido (20) forma um ambiente inóspito a organismos aquáticos e brocas aquáticas, desta maneira impedindo que bioincrustação ocorra sobre o artigo marinho revestido. Um método de aplicação do revestimento (10) em um artigo marinho (12) é também provido.
