Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA NIVELAMENTO DE UM PISO DE REBOQUE". Um sistema de eixo/suspensão para o reboque de uma combinação de veículo trator com reboque inclui üm dispositivo para nivelamento do piso do reboque. Uma montagem de suspensão, selecionada de um par de montagens de suspensão do sistema, é presa a pivo a um suporte ou apoio do chassi do veículo tendo aberturas ovais nas paredes laterais orientadas verticalmente e abas de guia do colar excêntrico que se estendem horizontalmente e espaçadas verticalmente. O apoio do chassi, mediante um certo ajuste rotacional manual de um colar de alinhamento excêntrico com uma barra de extensão, faz com que um parafuso, que prende a pivó a viga de montagem de suspensão ao apoio, seja ajustado verticalmente, o que por sua vez causa o ajuste vertical da viga e do eixo preso à viga, resultando na elevação ou abaixamento de um piso de reboque que tende para o lado para, no geral, uma posição nivelada horizontalmente.
