Abstract
"FIO DE VIDRO REVESTIDO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE ENCOLAMENTO AQUOSA, COMPOSIçãO DE ENCOLAMENTO DESTINADA A REVESTIR FIOS DE VIDRO, COMPóSITO COMPREENDENDO PELO MENOS UM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO TERMOENDURECìVEL E FIOS DE VIDRO DE REFORçO E UTILIZAçãO DOS FIOS DE VIDRO". A invenção refere-se a fios de vidro revestidos por uma composição de encolamento que compreende como agentes filmogênios colante pelo menos um poliéster, pelo menos um poliacetato de vinila e pelo menos um poliuretano. Os fios de vidro obtidos são utilizados como reforços na fabricação de peças moldadas com matriz termoendurecível pela técnica de moldagem com molde aberto, notadamente por projeção simultânea dos ditos fios e de resina, e de tubulações pela técnica de centrifugação."GLASS YARN COATED WITH A WATER WRAPPING COMPOSITION, WRAPPING COMPOSITION FOR COATING OF GLASS YARN, UNDERSTANDING AT LEAST ONE THERMOUSURED POLYMERIC MATERIAL AND USING GLASS WIRES." The invention relates to glass yarns coated with a sizing composition comprising as sizing film-forming agents at least one polyester, at least one vinyl polyacetate and at least one polyurethane. The obtained glass yarns are used as reinforcements in the manufacture of thermosetting die castings by the open molding technique, notably by simultaneous projection of said yarns and resin, and pipes by the centrifugation technique.
