Abstract

"ACOPLAMENTO DE MANGUEIRA PARA CONEXãO PARA UMA CONEXãO DE TUBO RìGIDA, E PROCESSO PARA FAZER UMA TAL CONEXãO". A presente invenção se refere a um acoplamento para conexão de ma mangueira (2), feita de material elástico, para uma conexão de tubo rígida (1) em uma linha de fluido (4), conexão de tubo que possui uma margem periférica, rígida (7) para a qual uma extremidade de mangueira (29) está para ser conectada, pelo menos um membro de suporte rígido (9, 44) com uma superfície de suporte anular voltando-se radialmente para dentro (16, 46) estando disposta de maneira a oferecer suporte para a extremidade de mangueira na conexão de tubo, em que o acoplamento compreende um anel interno (21) possuindo duas porções de extremidade (22, 23), o anel interno estando disposto de maneira a, precedentemente para um e em um estado de montagem, possuir suas porções de extremidade mutuamente se sobrepondo e emprestando para o anel interno um diâmetro menor do que a mangueira e, em um estado montado no interior da mangueira (2), diretamente oposto para a superfície e suporte voltando-se radialmente para dentro (16, 46), para ser expandido pelo pressionamento juntamente de suas porções de extremidade, extremidade a extremidade, para manter um diâmetro maior escolhido de maneira a, dentro da mangueira (2), travar a extremidade de mangueira entre o anel interno (21) e a superfície de suporte voltando-se radialmente para dentro (16, 46).
