Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA LAMINAçãO DE MATERIAL A LAMINAR". Em um processo para laminação de material a laminar, particularmente, para laminação de tiras largas a quente em um trem de acabamento ou em uma instalação de laminação e fundição, no qual um lubrificante é aplicado diretamente sobre a superfície dos cilindros de trabalho ou, indiretamente, sobre a superfície dos cilindros de apoio, com transferência para a superfície dos cilindros de trabalho, antes que o material a laminar seja alimentado à fenda de cilindro de uma câmara de laminador, sendo que se forma um filme de lubrificação fortemente adesivo sobre a superfície do cilindro de trabalho, que na fenda de cilindro, como camada intermediária entre cilindro e material a laminar, leva a uma redução do atrito, o lubrificante é aplicado sobre todo o comprimento do material a laminar, com o que o efeito de lubrificação é, portanto, ativo sobre todo o comprimento do material a laminar.
