Abstract
"CABO METáLICO, UTILIZAçãO DE UM CABO, PRODUTO SEMIACABADO FEITO DE MATERIAL PLáSTICO E/OU DE BORRACHA, TECIDO COMPóSITO, E, PNEUMáTICO". A presente invenção se refere a um cabo metálico de três camadas de construção L+M+N utilizável como elemento de reforço de uma armadura de carcaça de pneumático, que compreende uma camada interna C1 de L fios com diâmetro d, com L que vai de 1 a 4, circundada por uma camada intermediária C2 de M fios de diâmetro d2 enrolados juntos em hélice de acordo com um passo P~ 2~ com M que vai de 3 a 12, a dita camada C2 sendo circundada por uma camada externa C3 de N fios de diâmetro d~ 3~ enrolados juntos em hélice de acordo com um passo P~ 3~ com N que vai de 8 a 20, o dito cabo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que uma bainha constituída por uma composição de borracha reticulável ou reticulada à base de pelo menos um elastómero diênico recobre pelo menos a dita camada C2. A invenção se refere por outro lado aos artigos ou produtos semi-acabados feitos de material plástico e/ou de borracha reforçados por um tal cabo multicamadas, notadamente aos pneumáticos destinados aos veículos industriais, mais especialmente aos pneumáticos veículo pesado e a suas lonas de armadura de carcaça.
