Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE BUTADIENO PARTINDO DE N-BUTANO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de butadieno partindo de n-butano, que compreende as etapas de A) fornecer uma corrente de entrada de gás a que contém n-butano; B) alimentação da corrente de entrada de gás a que contém n-butano para pelo menos uma primeira zona de desidrogenação e desidrogenando o n-butano de uma maneira catalítica não oxidativa, em que é obtido um fluxo de produto de gás b que contém n-butano. 1-buteno, 2-buteno, butadieno, hidrogênio, componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição e vapor d<39>água opcional; C) alimentação do fluxo de produto de gás b que resulta do processo de desidrogenação catalítica não oxidativa e um gás contendo oxigênio pelo menos em uma segunda zona de desidrogenação e desidrogenando oxidativamente o 1-buteno e o 2-buteno, sendo que é obtido um fluxo de produto de gás c que contém n-butano, 2-buteno, butadieno, hidrogênio, componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição e vapor d<39>água, o dito segundo fluxo de produto de gás tendo um mais alto teor de butadieno do que o fluxo de produto de gás b; D) eliminação de hidrogênio, dos componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição e vapor d<39>água, sendo que é obtido um fluxo de produto de gás d de C~ 4~ que compreende essencialmente n-butano, 2-buteno e butadieno; E) alimentação do fluxo de produto de gás d de C~ 4~ para uma zona de destilação e separando uma mistura de butadieno/butano como um fluxo de produto valioso el tal que permanece um fluxo e2 que compreende substancialmente n-butano e 2-buteno; F) redirecionando o fluxo e2 para a primeira zona de desidrogenação.
