Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE MONTAGEM PARA CONECTAR SEGMENTOS LONGITUDINAIS EM FORMA DE COPO DE UM CORPO DE REVESTIMENTO PELA COLOCAçãO DE PELO MENOS UMA JUNTA DE CONEXãO LONGITUDINAL". Trata-se de um dispositivo de montagem (1) para conectar segmentos longitudinais de revestimento em forma de copo (910) de um corpo de revestimento (9) que forma um componente grande e que e proporcionado com uma cavidade possuindo um lado de superfície frontal aberta, utilizado para produzir uma junta de conexão longitudinal, compreendendo pelo menos um par de ferramentais (3) que consiste de um ferramental (31) que é guiado de forma que pode ser deslocado em uma direção longitudinal (L) do corpo de revestimento (9) dentro da cavidade, em adição a outro ferramental (32) que é guiado de forma que pode ser deslocado em uma direção longitudinal (L) fora da cavidade (92). Os ferramentais (31, 32) no par (3) interagem em uma direção que é perpendicular à direção longitudinal do corpo. O dispositivo de montagem (1) é encaixado com um par de transportadores (2) que são formados por um transportador guia interno (21), o qual se estende dentro da cavidade do corpo de revestimento (9) em uma direção longitudinal (L) e o qual guia de forma que pode ser deslocada o ferramental interno (31), e por um transportador guia externo (22) que se estende fora do corpo de revestimento (9) em uma direção longitudinal (L) e o qual guia de forma que pode ser deslocada o ferramental externo 32. Cada transportador guia (21, 22) é montado de forma giratória e de forma que pode ser deslocada ao redor de elo menos um eixo de rotação longitudinal (50) que é orientado de acordo com o contorno longitudinal externo (980) do corpo de revestimento (9) em pelo menos duas direções espaciais (Y, Z) perpendicular à direção longitudinal (L) do corpo, e que pode ser fixo de tal modo que os ferramentais (31, 32) no par (3) assumam diferentes posições na periferia longitudinal do corpo de revestimento (9).
