Abstract

MISTURA DE METAL EM Pó, MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA MISTURA DE METAL FERROSO EM Pó HOMOGêNEA, E, LUBRIFICANTE MODIFICADO Uma mistura de metal em pó compreende um pó lubrificante convencionalmente usado para produzir partes de metal em pó em combinação com um lubrificante modificado. Um lubrificante convencionalmente utilizado para compactar e sinterizar uma mistura de metal em pó escolhida é modificado pela adição na mesma de partículas de amido menores do que a partícula de metal média, e opcionalmente, fibras de celulose micronizadas em uma quantidade tão pequena que o lubrificante modificado está presente em uma quantidade menor do que 2% em peso da mistura. A densidade aparente de Hall e a taxa de fluxo de Hall de uma mistura de metal em pó feita com o lubrificante modificado de amido ou (amido + fibras) permanece dentro das faixas consideradas desejáveis para a produção de partes de metal em pó compacto. Uso do lubrificante modificado em vez de lubrificante convencional aumenta a resistência de verde de uma parte feita pela compactação da mistura e melhora a conformação dimmensional.
