Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A INSTALAçãO DE UM ARRANJO DE SENSOR Um aparelho e um método são providos para o transporte, a instalação, a recuperação e a substituição de um arranjo de sensor de cápsulas de sensor usadas individuais em uma localização geograficamente remota, tal como no fundo do mar. O aparelho consiste em um veículo operado remotamente (ROV), um carrossel afixado ao ROV, um mecanismo ejetor de cápsula afixado do carrossel, e um manipulador com um efetuador de extremidade de manipulador afixado ao ROV. O carrossel contém uma pluralidade de mantenedores de cápsula de sensor, onde cada mantenedor de cápsula de sensor é capaz de manter uma cápsula de sensor. O mecanismo ejetor de cápsula é capaz de descarregar uma cápsula de sensor nova, enquanto o efetuador de extremidade de manipulador é capaz de elevar uma cápsula de sensor usada e posicionar a cápsula de sensor usada em um mantenedor de cápsula de sensor vazio no carrossel.
