Abstract

IMPLANTE INTERVERTEBRAL E MéTODO CIRúRGICO PARA SPONDYLODESIS DE UMA COLUNA VERTEBRAL LOMBAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um inplante intervertebral (1) compreendendo uma cabeça conhecida (2) possuindo uma seção cónica (13) e uma rosca externa (14). Uma seção central (5, 6, 7 8) consistindo em uma pluralidade de pinos se estendendo a partir da cabeça (2) para uma estrutura de base (3) é formada na cabeça (2). Como resultado disso, janelas de superfície grande (9, 10, 15, 11, 12) são abertas entre a cabeça (2) e os pinos (5, 6, 7,8) e a estrutura base (3). De acordo com a dita invenção, a rosca externa (14) da cabeça (2) é formada na seção cónica (13) e a seção de extremidade externa da cabeça (2) é formada pela elevação de proteção (15) que é curvada de forma convexa, quando vista de fora, e não apresenta bordas afiadas. O implante intervertebral inventivo (1) possibilita a realização de uma distração completa, em particular, incluindo a circunferência ventral dos corpos vertebrais adjacentes (30, 31) pela eliminação do risco de ferimentos de uma veia oca ou aorta adjacente. Simultaneamente, uma lordose pode ser ajustada pela seleção da geometria do implante intervertebral (1). Um método cirúrgico para spondylodesis de uma coluna vertebral lombar pela utilização do dito implante intervertebral (1) também é descrito.
