Abstract

DISPOSITIVO-GUIA PARA PERFURAR UM ORIFìCIO NAS PROXIMIDADES DA ARTICULAçãO DE UM OSSO, MéTODO PARA A INTRODUçãO DE PARAFUSOS LONGOS DE áNGULO FIXO NA REGIãO ARTICULAR DE UM OSSO E CONJUNTO INSTRUMENTAL PARA A EXECUçãO DO MéTODO Dispositivo-guia (100) para abrir um furo na região próxima da articulação de um osso (300), composto por um arco em forma de U (110), compreendendo pelo menos um elemento de contato (120) numa extremidade e na outra extremidade do arco (110) uma barra roscada (130) dotada de uma roda de ajuste (132), com o qual ela pode ser movida da direção do elemento de contato (120) ou na direção oposta, destinada a prender o dispositivo (100) na região próxima da articulação, bem com com um bucha-guia (140) que pode ser colocada e removida da extremidade do arco em que se encontra o elemento de contato (120), sendo que a comprenssão do osso gerada pelo arco (110) se mantém após a remoção da bucha-guia (140) para a inserção do parafuso ósseo
