Abstract

REDE DE ACESSO POR RáDIO NãO LICENCIADA, E, MéTODO EM UMA REDE DE ACESSO POR RáDIO NãO LICENCIADA Uma rede de acesso por rádio não licenciada é conectada a uma porção de rede núcleo de uma rede celular móvel licenciada e inclui uma rede de banda larga (302) com diversos pontos de acesso (301), cada um definindo uma mini célula e adaptado para se comunicar com estações móveis localizadas em uma mini célula através de uma interface de rádio não licenciada. Um controlador de acesso (303) é conectado à porção de rede núcleo e à rede de banda larga. De acordo com a invenção, o controlador de acesso (303) está associado a sua própria área ou áreas de localização na rede móvel de rádio licenciada e compreende uma base de dados para armazenar a identificação de estações móveis em associação com pelo menos um ponto de acesso específico ou endereço de rede de banda larga. Este arranjo permite que uma estação móvel seja localizada dentro da rede de acesso, em resposta a um sinal de radiolocalização da rede núcleo, sem carga de sinalização indevida.
