Abstract

MáQUINA DE APLAINAMENTO PARA PLACAS GRANDES DE PEDRA NATURAL, COMO GRANITO E PEDRAS DURAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina de aplainamento de placas grandes de pedra natural, por exemplo, lajes de granito e de pedras duras, cuja máquina compreende: um par de rolos acionados rotativamente em torno de um eixo transversal, em relação à direção de avanço da laje, montado em uma estação de entalhamento de superfície de trabalho; em que os rolos consistem de uma pluralidade de discos de corte (1) tendo o mesmo diâmetro de processamento ou sendo ajustável na altura, de modo a compensar variações mínimas nos diâmetros do rolo; em que os discos de corte são encaixados com uma ferramenta de diamante denteada (2) e alinhados juntos, em um relacionamento afastado ao longo da largura da laje, de modo a se estrelaçar com os discos de corte de um disco guia/seguidor dos rolos; e em que as lajes (20) são transportadas sobre uma correia transportadora para uma subsequente estação de aplainamento, onde as cristas entre os entalhes são removidas; e pelo menos um dos ditos rolos (3, 4) é dotado de um dispositivo de ajuste (14, 15) para ajustar a sua posição em relação ao outro dos ditos rolos e em relação a uma estrutura de sustentação (9), ao longo de uma direção transversal com relação à direção de avanço da laje (A) na dita correia transportadora, para fins de permitir um total (27), parcial (27 e 28) ou nenhum (28) intervalo entre os entalhes cortados pelo ditos discos, de acordo com a largura de uma laje que está sendo processada.
