Abstract

MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UMA MANTA MULTICAMADAS DE MATERIAL FLEXìVEL, TAL COMO PAPEL E NãO-TECIDO, E MATERIAL MULTICAMADAS PRODUZIDO PELO MéTODO Método para produzir uma manta multicamadas (19) de material flexível, tal como material de papel e não-tecido, compreendendo ao menos uma primeira camada (1) e uma segunda camada (8) que são interconectadas por cola em um padrão de colagem (12; 24). A manta multicamadas é produzida aplicando-se cola em um padrão de colagem a um primeiro material em forma de manta (1) a partir de um rolo de transferência de cola (5) padronizado, laminando-se um segundo material em forma de manta (8) com o primeiro material em forma de manta (1) em uma região de prensa entre um rolo de laminação (10) e um rolo de impressão (7). Após a laminação a manta laminada (19) é cortada e/ou perfurada (22; 25) em sincronia com a transferência de cola e a laminação enquanto ainda reside no dito rolo de impressão (7). é fornecida também uma manta multicamadas que é cortada ou perfurada em um padrão (22; 25) que está em sincronia com o padrão de colagem (12; 24).
