Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE GRANULADO DE POLIéSTER ALTAMENTE CONDENSADO . A presente invenção diz respeito a poliéster e copoliéster cristalizado em calor latente, com grau de cristalização > 38%, à sua produção e ao seu uso na fabricação de corpos moldados de poliéster, sendo que dito granulado ou (i) sem prévia aditivação e sem resfriamento ulterior, é introduzido diretamente em reator de policondensação em estado sólido, condensado para maior viscosidade e desaldeidizado, ou (ii), sem prévia aditivação, o granulado é submetido à desaldeidização e depois processado na produção de preformas para a fabricação de corpos ocos, ou (iii) é usado diretamente na produção de preformas para a fabricação de corpos ocos, sendo que antes e/ou depois do reator de policondensação são adicionados aditivos, tais como estabilizadores térmicos e/ou aditivos redutores de acetaldeído.
