Abstract
PRóTESE DEDISCO INTERVERTEBRAL OU CORPO VERTEBRAL ARTIFICIAL A presente invenção refere-se à prótese de disco intervertebral ou o implante intervertebral compreende uma peça central (2) em forma de cavidade com um eixo longitudinal (6),com uma extremidade superior (4) e uma extremidade inferior (5), uma placa de interposição superior (7), que é colocada na extremidade superior ((4) da peça central (2), enquanto se situa, em relação ao eixo longitudinal (6), de forma perpendicular, e que está adaptada para repousar contra a placa de base de um corpo vertebral, é uma placa de interposição inferior (8), colocada na extremidade inferior (5) da peça central (2), enquanto está perpendicular para o eixo longitudinal (6) e a qual está adaptada para repousar contra a placa de cobertura de um corpo vertebral. A peça central (2) compreende meios elásticos (19) consistindo em no mínimo duas molas de disco (20) arranjadas de forma coaxial. Este meio elástico (19) possui as propriedades de uma mola.
