Abstract

CABEçOTE DE BARBEADOR POSSUINDO PARTES SEPARADAMENTE PRESAS E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO NO MESMO. Um método de produção de um cabeçote de barbeador (1), compreendendo as etapas de: prover um elemento de proteção (2) possuindo uma superfície inferior (12) e incluindo pinos de fixação (16) que se projetam a partir da dita superfície inferior (12), prover pelo menos uma primeira lâmina (25) que possui aberturas de fixação (32) em alinhamento com os ditos pinos (16), montar a dita primeira lâmina (25) no dito elemento de proteção (2), os ditos pinos de fixação (16) passando através das ditas aberturas de fixação (32), formar um cabeçote de aperto (54) em uma extremidade de cada pino de fixação (16), rebitando, dessa forma, a dita primeira lâmina (25) no dito elemento de proteção (2), prover um elemento de tampa (4), e fixar o dito elemento de tampa (4) no dito elemento de proteção (2) através do dito cabeçote de aperto.
