Abstract

PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA FATURAMENTO BASEADO EM CONTEúDO, EM REDES IP. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um sistema para faturamento baseado em conteúdo em redes IP, sendo que por meio de módulo SIM-Radius (30) é realizada uma autenticação e/ou autorização de serviços do nó IP (20), baseado na IMSI do cartão SIM (201) do nó (20) junto a uma HLR (37) e/ou VLR (37) de uma rede GSM, sendo transmitido para um módulo de controle de Gateway (22), sendo que um acesso do nó IP (20) em conteúdo do provedor de conteúdo da rede é conduzido através do módulo de controle de Gateway (22) e por meio do módulo de controle de Gateway (22), baseado no endereço-alvo do acesso passa a ser examinado quanto a sua obrigatoriedade de pagamento, sendo que um módulo núcleo-motor (59), por ocasião do acesso no módulo de controle de Gateway (22), correspondendo ao serviço obtido pelo nó IP (20), capta registros de detalhes de chamadas, sendo que os referidos registros de detalhes de chamada abrangem ao menos a identidade do nó IP (20) e/ou duração e/ou operador do serviço requerido, transmitindo-os para o módulo de faturamento, sendo que os registros de detalhes de chamadas e/ou dados de liberação baseados nos referidos registros de detalhes de chamada e/ou arquivos TAP são debitados através de um sistema de faturamento (55) a um provedor de serviço ou instituição bancária. A invenção refere-se especialmente a nós IP (20) móveis em redes heterogêneas.
