Abstract

CABEçA DE LIMPEZA PARA LIMPAR UM ELEMENTO DE FILTRO EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE FILTRAçãO Um dispositivo de filtração tem um elemento de filtro disposto entre a entrada e a saída do dispositivo. A superfície de entrada do elemento de filtro é suscetível de entupimento por partículas suspensas, por exemplo, rejeito carregado com fluido bruto de entrada. A invenção proporciona uma cabeça de limpeza para o dispositivo de filtração que compreende uma base e um bocal montado móvel sobre a mesma. A base da cabeça de limpeza é montada sobre um mecanismo de acionamento de modo que o dito bocal pode varrer a dita superfície de entrada paralelamente à mesma e pode limpar a dita superfície de entrada por um meio de um fluxo de retro-lavagem passando através de dito elemento de filtro para dentro de dito bocal o sob um diferencial de pressão de limpeza criado conectando dito orifício à dita saída de baixa pressão. O bocal mantém, durante a varredura, contato permanente com a superfície de entrada de modo que fluxo lateral diretamente para dentro do bocal é essencialmente impedido a despeito de variações de distância entre a base da cabeça de limpeza e a superfície de entrada durante a varredura.
