Abstract
ARMAZENAMENTO DE GáS NATURAL EM SOLVENTES LìQUIDOS E MéTODOS PARA ABSORVER E SEPARAR GáS NATURAL PARA DENTRO E PARA FORA DE SOLVENTES LìQUIDOS O armazenamento volumétrico de gás natural ou metano é facilitado pela absorção do gás em um meio liquefeito. São fornecidos sistemas e processos que facilitam a absorção do gás natural ou metano em um meio líquido ou de vapor de líquido para armazenamento e transporte, e retorno à condição de gás para distribuição para o mercado. Em uma modalidade preferida, as propriedades de absorção do etano, propano e butano em condições moderadas de temperatura e de pressão são utilizadas para fornecer o gás natural ou o metano a níveis mais eficientes da razão de volume comprimido. O processo preferido de mistura combina eficientemente o gás natural ou o metano com um meio solvente tal como etano, propano ou butano líquidos, ou outro fluido adequado, para formar uma mistura de líquido concentrado ou vapor de líquido concentrado adequada para armazenamento e transporte.
