Abstract
PROCESSO E PLANTA PARA O TRATAMENTO DE MATERIAL FIBROSO SUSCETìVEL A DEGRADAçãO POR ATIVIDADE BIOLóGICA. A presente invenção refere-se a material suscetível a degradação por atividade biológica, antes de todos por microorganismos como bactérias e fungos, é tratado com ozónio. O ozónio penetra no material e não apenas desativa os próprios organismos ativos, mas também esporos de bactérias e fungos. A ozonização é realizada pelo menos em um ciclo que consiste em sujeitar o material a subpressão, por exemplo, de 500 mBar, em um recipiente (3), então encher o recipiente com gás contendo ozónio (45). Em uma modalidade preferida, a ozonização pode ser precedida pelo menos por um ciclo de tratamento com vapor d<39>água (45), que consiste essencialmente de aplicação de vácuo (40, 44), então enchendo o recipiente com vapor d<39>água (43), notavelmente com vapor d<39>água em tomo de 80<198>C.
